5 minutes by boat - to the Best Sunset location on the lake – it’s very important. Each night take a 5 minute boat ride to the best sunset location. (Robinson bay has a 4 mile view - for on water sunsets).

OTHER BAYS have SHALLOW WATER (5-6 deep) so WEEDS GROW - causing water to smell or boat NOISE FROM FAST RUNNING BOATS.

Other homes for rent on Lake Minnetonka are 20-30 minutes from Wayzata. I have been living on the lake for 35 years - and you will love this location. I waited for 15 years to buy a house on Wayzata bay to be close to downtown and all the shopping etc.
